Seriously, Prague Summer Con is one of the very best event I ever took part.
My good intentions:
- be back in 2016 if nothing terrible gets in the way
- let more the family on their own and be more on the battlefield
- practicse WW2 before in case I am invited again to play it (I doubt after my poor performance last year
- do not reserve a plane for Sunday, fly back on Monday instead.
Thanks again for all, last year it has been gorgeous.

I actually think that a WW1 / WGF versus Sails situation would work better overall than trying WW2 v Sails like in that picture I posted. WW2 involves too much speed and too many game-kill potentials. Whereas without these adverse factors WW1 v Sails would be so much more game and more rewarding having begun as such a unique idea.
I always knew that Wings of War / Glory was a versatile wargame compared with others I have known but the Avro Vulcan business with WGS really did teach me never to say never about it. So I reckon this could actually be done: It does IMHO need an expert in both games (I have not played Sails yet but believe that where there is a will there is a way) to look at this situation and think creatively about it ...

I can not speak for a Summer Con, but I can say that the Prague pilots feel more than welcome on my visit there last year. For me it was a mini Con of one afternoon of gaming! And communicating was not so difficult at all thanks to them all speaking better English than I spoke of any of their languages!!
Anyone who can attend a Summer Con should do so, you will be hard pressed to find a better group to play the game with.
We have a gaming session on 6th October in Lada's new place (we had two last Cons in his shop - he is an important supporter of WoG in Prague). I will report about new LGS and gaming hall.

It's closer to Slavia hotel, which Jelena and I had often stay in (being close to Lada's old place), than before.
Knowing Lada, I'm sure new place must be good choice.
ATTENTION: I can see from above there is Hotel Mars right near the venue. Why do not we book some rooms there? Maybe a kinda group booking would be even more beneficialOk, that's 2 more tram stations with line 22.. Why not stay all together in hotel near the Con location. Shure I'll miss the Vlatava river a little bit, but this shortens the distances.
(...and our way back home at friday night isn't that long if we get lost with Sascha in the sport's bar.)
