Help! I cant recover my password!

I can't remember my password (my phone remembers it but I don't), and I can't recover it! When I go to the login page and give my email, it asked me what color was the Red Baron's plane -- and I got that right! But then it sent my email a form link, and when I clicked on it I got a message saying the form page was wrong, and it sent me to another page -- where it required me to enter my current password (which I don't know) in order to get a new password! Aargh! So I tried again to ask for a new password, and it asked for my email and to identify the Red Baron's plane -- but none of the answers worked! (I tried Fokker triplane, Fokker Dr.I and Fokker Dr.1)

So what do I try next? Who can help in what should be a minor problem?

Huh? It seems that despite all that, the website sent me a new password after all. I'm still confused, but at least it worked in the end!
