Default Pour me a Wellington in 1/200" scale please?

With a break from the carriers, I found the elves had been doing some work on the side

The main mold is carved from bass wood and styrene bits

Extra efforts on the cowls and control surfaces

Designed to be molded in 3 parts to reduce the mold size and warpages, ready for the gloss coats and fillers

    Tomorrow we make molds . . .

The Wellington certainly was a workhorse of Bomber Command - I look forward to seeing how you finish these up - so many schemes to choose from!

    All the best,

    Meet the Wellingtons!

Sand and spinach times 4 and sea colors times 2

Thought a pair in white and sea blue would be nice to go on patrols with the Sunderland

Then the Spits came out for a swim too!

    Too much fun!

    Superb Dave.
I have just seen the aircraft in your other post and now you add these birds.
They look great especially the Blue and white ones.
How do you top this offering?
    No don't tell me.

These look wonderful, David! Such a classic plane - you've really done it justice. And the sea pattern group with the Spits and flying boat are particularly eye-catching.

It's always a pleasure to see what you've been doing.
    All the best,
    Matt
