Custom "Mouse-pad" Mats

Greetings!

I am looking for a way to get custom map prints in the same mouse-pad material as is used by Ares Games for the official game mats. Any ideas as to where I can find the materials or where to print? Or even how to custom make the map images, or where to find pre-made high-resolution map images...etc.?

Alternatively, in the event that someone is currently producing/offering similar mats, I'd much appreciate any info on where to obtain them.
