Thought I'd gone a bit fishy there somehow Rob. Or am I thinking of Albacores? Something like that anyhows.

All packed up and ready for the off.

So for all of you who are still hesitant about WMMS, you got to be in it to be in it. Something you might never see again...well this side of Doncaster anyway.

We used Fulmers for Taranto at Donny. They are indeed packed for your delectation.

I also got 2 Aeg but with 20 Gothas I don't think we need, so
I'll bring a couple of Biffs instead

Bring the AEG's Chris, they are the only movers for the Hun and some punters might fancy flying a bomber-escort than flying a Biff ......

The Air Commodore has just reminded me I have an early sortie, pre-pre-dawn patrol, and need to get to bed for a 4am reveille!

TTFN, see you all at the show.

Remember you have to be there, to be in it, for the biggest game ever.

Get well soon Hayden, better safe than sorry !
Hope the chaps are having as much fun as I've had at the club today - 3 Gotha Kills with a Spad XII - one to Cannon only (boom!), one to MG fire only (boom!) & one finished off with a combination of both... Get in !! Brian will provide a round up in due course I'm sure.

So Chris, just how much did that Galland 109 cost you? £5 or £65?

(it's just an average M1 joke)

Don't make jokes about this sort of thing Neil. It's bad luck. This sort of joke often comes back to bite you on the bum.

let's just say bad luck Chris it could happen to any of us, flying at that speed.

Apologies Chris, Rob and all others. No offence meant. Got stung myself, so the jokes on me too. So be carefully what you mock others for for it may happen to yourself.

Good job I have broad shoulders and am used to being the butt of mess hall jokes - also my argument that temporary limits shouldn't apply on a sunny Sunday morning with no traffic apparently don't hold much water especially with SWMBO who has found the whole episode less than amusing. It looks like my speed awareness course was faulty, lol

You didn't cop it on Sunday as well did you Neil?

Yes and now swmbo has found out about the kickstarter and the new Spad VII I ordered (you know I wanted 3 shiny ones) that was going cheap and post free...too. I have a lot of sucking up to do, serious sucking up. To say I'm in the brown smelly stuff is an understatement.

So please get your quips in quick, I deserve it.
