As 2015 Doncaster is a reality now, we are opening this thread for a show of attendees and any extras.
Please do not add any comments, we have another thread for those, this is purely for attending and if you wish to have any extras.
A further thread, next year, will be opened for games etc.
So just add yourself yo the list on this thread so we can gauge numbers please.
The accomodation is so we can see if we can possibly block book and not that we will book for people, I hope that makes sence.

I'll throw a word of caution in here at this point re an engraved glass. A quick Google yesterday suggested the cost of this will be about the £10-£12 mark. Don't know how much Rob (I assume it was he) paid for last years glasses. Or is glass engraving yet another string to the Kyte family's very talented bow?

Ok a little clarification for this.
It is for numbers to see interest of the various options and who would partake St this stage, it is not a commitment to buy, book anything at this time. For example the badges cost £5 each if 25 ordered, if 26 people want we would have to order 50 which could mean the cost rises to £8.

The hotel is to see if we can go to the venue and say we have 15 people wanting to stay can you offer us a discount

The glass also we need x number of engraved glasses, how much ?

same for the meal we need x places can you accommodate
Lastly weekend or single days attending, so we can see how much the cost of the room hire each will be.

So this is a number game not a commitment to buy, book, attend yet, in a few months time we can maybe give a more definitive figure for each.
