Just this, because I used all my words in other threads...
Not an exact match for the first paint job, but matching the unit on the card:

[Edit: Country Roundel added to Left Stats Box]
Notes:
1. No management card, as the three crew could not move from their positions in flight. Depending on the version, the rear gunner had emergency controls, and could fly the plane, if the pilot was incapacitated, or on long flights to allow the pilot to rest. Pretty rough to land, I would expect, but the plane could fly in a game. The rear gunner wouldn't be able to use either of the rear guns, if he was busy flying the plane.
2. The dorsal (#2) and ventral (#3) arcs are controlled by the same gunner. The pilot controls the forward arc (#1), and the bombadier might have had a trigger control, but not necessarily. If the bombadier is incapacitated, bombing accuracy would be affected.

I gave this some thought, and a Management Card is probably needed. The crew roles are a bit more complex than an average two-seater Heavy Fighter.

It might be possible for the Bombardier to fire the forward arc, but I don't know that for certain. Aiming wouldn't be possible, with the Pilot incapacitated, unless there was some way for the rear crewman to see forward. Unless someone comes up with an "operators manual" that says how this would work, I would assume that if the pilot is incapacitated, the front arc is not functional, and the rear arcs are not manned, either.

I have no idea what unit this plane is from, it is almost made-up:

PS: I don't know if the USAAF kept the emergency flight controls in this version, either. It was supposed to be a universal, international model, but I have also read that only the French wanted the extra controls. I have seen a model that showed a control column in the gunners compartment of a US plane, though...

Rear crew can change positions, so a management card is needed for this version, too.
