I've received the calling notice for Vapnartak.
I'm asking for my usual 12x4 for WGS ready for BoB's 75th.
Does anyone want to field WGF?

As usual of course Simon. Same as this year. (But could we turn the volume down on the siren....pretty please?)
See you on the Dark Side......
This is one that I would like to make a priority to attend next year if I can. I feel that I have neglected the North of England somewhat of late.

WingCo you are more than welcome to join us in the north.
See you on the Dark Side......
Great.
I will see if I can prevail upon Mrs K to bring me up.

Count me in for WGF - more than willing to stand up and be counted for that one.
Good news from this neck of the woods Neil.
Mrs.K. seems to be warming to the idea of a shopping trip in York.

Looks like we put on a good enough show to be asked back after all - well done to Neil and Simon for this year's games.. and I think the siren needs to be louder, and we need roaring spitfire engines as well please - lets get them played over the tannoy for even more effect, lol
Simon just to bring this back to the fore, could you ask for a 8x6 for us WGF chaps, please?
See you on the Dark Side......
hopefully myself and the deadly m(Marian) will be there
Working on the principle of "if you don't ask, you don't get", I requested 12'x6' (the size of my mats) for both games, on the 2nd mezzanine (i.e. where we were this year).
Confirmation should be imminent.
The Red Dragon will be there to assist me on the WGS table and we'll be there crack-of-sparrows to set up.
I will definitely be there - happy to play WW1 or WW2 - I think we need the siren LOUDER plus sound tracks of Spitfires and guns... dakka dakka vrroooom !!
I can be there as early as necessary
I'll organise a WW1 blitz raid on Dover. See what I can pull in aircraft wise.
See you on the Dark Side......
I have 2 trusty Gotha's now Neil...
I'm looking for Gotha's, AEG's Staaken's etc. Any of the bigger German ones. With Chris' two, my one that's 3 Gothas, I have 3 AEG's and 1 Staaken. Plus the Zeppelin. Rob, could you bring your zeppelin and mag bits up please.
The basic plan is to run one large raid in the morning and repeat the raid in the afternoon. RFC Home defence Squadrons v the might of the Hun.
See you on the Dark Side......
Wilco that Neil.
Will you also require my three Gothas, Friedrichshafen, AEG. ans Staaken?
Rob.
"Courage is the art of being the only one who knows you're scared to death."
I'm trying to arrange to get there as well - not succeeded yet
If I do manage it I could bring 6 Gothas and a Zep if needed
I received confirmation this morning for one slot (12'x6').
We are lined up for a second space (size unknown) should someone else drop out.
Should we not get a second space, we'll divide up what space we have, as per this year's event.
If it was on a Saturday I might have been tempted
Run for your life - there are stupid people everywhere!
Great to see we are in, but a pity that Steve can't make it.

Any confirmation on 2nd slot and/or table size please?
See you on the Dark Side......
Simon any confirmation on that 2nd table yet, please?
See you on the Dark Side......
Neil, no second table at the minute, so we either split the table space or do WGS as planned.
I am afraid that I'm going to have to drop out of this event, due to a clash with another commitment changed from January which I have to be at on that day.
Rob.
"Courage is the art of being the only one who knows you're scared to death."
If you need the space Simon happy to assist. If we have enough to split, without taking anything away from the WGS, I'm happy with that too.
See you on the Dark Side......
Likewise - happy to assist in any way I can, can be on hand for set up / close down as well as one of the closer events for me.
I will be at the show again this year (we have a bus load coming down from Falkirk) so I will certainly look in and hope to get a game
Just had confirmation from the planners. We are in the same spot as '14 (2nd Mezzanine), with a 12'x6' for the WGS game and a 6'x2' table for "Club Info". If Neil still wants to run WGF, then I'm sure we can reconfigure as we did previously.
Set up is 0700+, doors at 0930, endex 1700.
See you there....
To make the 6x4 your table would be reduced to 10x6. Are you happy to do this Simon? If yes then we can put on the WW1 as we did last year.
See you on the Dark Side......
Chris if Simon is ok with a 2nd table could you bring any Gothas you have please?
See you on the Dark Side......
I never travel anywhere without my Gotha's you never know when you will find a chip shop that needs bombing...
As usual I will bring my full set of toys along except my green cloths which I still haven't managed to get down and pick up from Robs
Simon 1 week away from the show. Can you confirm you can split the table and we can run WGF and WGS like last year?
See you on the Dark Side......
We'll make sure WGF get's at least 6'x4'.
OK. Cheers.
See you on the Dark Side......
Chris if you can bring your two Gotha's we'll have 5 plus 2 AEG's and a Staaken and a Zepplin. Stottie shop raid is on.
See you on the Dark Side......
Awesome... may even have my son along as a wingman
Well after all that didn't I drop the ball! All the planning etc forgot to get a day pass. Got one now, boy is my wallet taking a bashing!
See you on the Dark Side......
Tim have you arranged pass yet?
See you on the Dark Side......
