I'm also curious on what you have done. Mine is a straight up conversion. Same odds for the cards to come up with the dice as compared to shuffling the decks.

I'll be flying it tomorrow with a solo PTO Campaign game.

Here's mine - I am just showing a sample of a couple of quick snips for the behind-the scenes data chart.
All you have to plug in is the Vector. The result sheet shows all three versions at once - just select the appropriate one (Close / Closing / Opening)

Hoping to start punching out my WGS counters soon (now that I have appropriated appropriate coloured cups with lids for the damage chits)
