A New collection?

As of this morning I am now the proud owner of my first All white console and three of the Oberst's new coins.
Could this be the start of a new collection of both coins and white consoles?

Shiny... those coins look great! And the cockpit is sharp.

I actually like it better than the black ones. It is easier to read. The White is a skin over the black perspex which it engraved through to show the black underneath so no peeling off the paper is needed. The best thing is the fit which is so tight you won't need to glue the parts to keep them together like the black ones. I will certainly get at least one more of these and probably two.

How are they with sleeved cards ? Do the slots still need widening ?

Not so much widening as lengthening.
A small needle file will do it.

I only have four black ones at the moment Brian, and the one white, plus two of the wooden ones to use mainly at the shows. Even the OTT games often fly six aircraft so I need at least one more. I will probably use white for PC pilots and black for AI ones in future.
