Actually same with me. I will have to see about getting the picture up again. However the picture is of a P-51 with 3 German flags and 9 Nazi crosses. Seems this pilot used the flags for air combat shoot downs and the other for planes shoot up on the ground.

Nor have I.
If I had been guessing, I would have said flags for shipping targets, and swastikas for aircraft.
