Out numbered the P40 took everyone on and dished out some fantastic damage. Could have been more but for an untimely explosion above a zero!

    Scored on the doors:
Paul - Guzzi: 2 freighters, 4 PBY's, 1 B25 (lovely shot from a Val and stole it off John's Zero)
    Tom: 1 tanker 1 P40
    John: 1 Freighter
    George: 1 Kate

Great game. Lasted all of 90 minutes. I was surprised how long the B25 lasted before going down. For RECON it will have limited fuel so cannot hang around but has to get to the airfield and land. A second or third P40 would be nice so I may have to look around for them. Terrain to finish, 27 PBY's to cut out and mount on card and we are ready to go.

The zero below took 8 damage from falling wreckage and was down to 1 or 2 points left. Doubt it made it back to the carrier.

Of course you did, but it is supposed to end up sinking in Grand Harbour, not Pearl Harbour! Rob.

The Kate's having hit the hangers take on the B25, except the one closing in from the right actually collided with the B25 and took it out (explosion chit). No damage all the way in and gets taken out landing. Damn bad luck.

A close up round the hangers. The rear left PBY exploded next move and the 2 PBY's in front caught fire.

    1 B25, 19 PBY's damaged or destroyed. 1 Kate and 1 Zero shot down.

(White background on PBY's temporary as they are all mounted on grey background target cards.)

    Neil,

Have you considered using these PBYs for "at height" targets?

    £2.80 for 2!

Again about 90 minutes to 2 hours. It's fast and furious. Be better with a couple more defending aircraft.

1/600th scale. If I could see what they look like I might consider it for the future. But with upto 33 PBY's (lol) even £2.80 for 2 is quite a bit.
