Didn't plan to go as I'm not sure if it is something interesting for me.
But if I don't go I won't know...

Have you been there before? Is there any Wings of Glory games taking place?

Thomas, yes, I am going. I'm spending 3 days in Paris for the military museums, then getting the train to Antwerp on Friday. Crisis on Saturday then Brussels Army Museum on Sunday.

I've been before several times, and it is a very good show.

Looking at the website (http://www.tsoa.be/crisis_2013_general.html), no Wings of Glory game listed, but there is something called Clouds of Glory.

Have you been in Ieper before? Since your in Belgium that might be intresting as well. 11 november is approaching and there are lots of special last posts at the menin gate.

Been there, done that, although I want to go again to see what they have done to the museum recently. It won't be this trip though.

Sadly enough I can't go this year... Every ninth week I have to work weekends..and guess when that is this year

But I am quit sure you are going to enjoy Crisis: it's the most important wargaming event in Belgium.

I can't go either. The things that where planned are defenite so no changing possible. I was curious however and wanted to go so I could see some new games and meet up with Guntruck.

My gut feeling would say it could be a minor one for europe. However I have not yet went to crisis so it's better to wait for the answers of the experts.

Crisis is organized by an antwerp Wargaming club called TSA ( Tin Soldiers of Antwerp). I believe it to be one of, if not the largest Wargaming event in Belgium.

I leave it to your judgment to see if this is worth a mention in the Convention medal thread.

To be honest people play everything possible here, not just WoG. But K&R has a big stand here and usually brings a lot of WoG "hangars" with him...that alone would make it worth the trip for me ...if i didn't have to work that weekend

See you there.. Come and say hi at the two In Clouds of Glory tables - and perhaps join the game Tables 3a02 and 3a06. A big "drop in - drop out" mission for the quick fix and a more in depth game with Belgian HD.1s and a Spad S.XIA2 versus Albatroses and Pfalzes.
