Well I have the ones in italics via Shapeways & in the case of the Sop Tripe also in Ares.
Also have 2 x BE2c's from Shapeways & I also have a Pfalz which is an original Nexes model.

Nice choice of Aircraft mate but I would add a Brisfit which I also have in a Shapeways bird.

When I stopped playing for a few years I missed out on series 4 onwards. I know that Nexus/Ares produced/produce or will in the near future most of the aircraft, this is just what I want to flesh out the early/middle war period, the later war stuff really doesn't interest me.

I'd also love to see the Albatross DIII Oeffag get it's own mini/stats, but just not sure how possible that would ever be with so many other planes yet to see the table.

A lot of my wish list is going to be covered with the upcoming series (N.28C-1, SPAD VII, Albatros D.II), but the BE2c is a must, along with the Pfalz D.XII, the Pup, the N.11, the FE2b, Gunbus, Roland D.II...those aircraft that saw a decent amount service and that cover the middle years more completely. Sea/float planes, while cool looking, really should have been pushed back until more common and useful models were made. Having said that, I just am happy that we have planes to game with!

Do they make the cards/maneuver deck for the FE2?

According to the Unofficial stats FE2b it's a J* manoeuvre deck B Damage 14 Damage points 8 Ceiling 6 climb. Notes: Uses "Roland Rule" in reverse. A single B gun has all-round fire, but can only fire in the rear arc at aircraft at the same height or above. J* deck is the J deck with one side-slip on either side removed.
So there are decks out there if you have Pfalz or Alb D.III & I expect someone has made a card or knows someone who can !

FE2b - Gotta have the Flying Pianos, fighter and bomber versions alike!
SE5a - Bring 'em back I say!
Sopwith Pup - an essential early bird!

Nieuport 17 - same as the SE5a; bring 'em back, I say!
Salmson 2SA - essential French two-seater!
Caudron R-11 - The Bus to fly shotgun on the Breguet 14 formations and keep Monsieur le Boche at bay!
Breguet 14 - Bring back this wonderful workhorse of the Aviation Militaire and the AEF!
Nieuport 11 - Le Bebe!
