    The Flying Archaeologist - The Thames' Secret War is broadcast on Friday, 19 April at 19:30 BST on BBC One South East. The series will be broadcast nationwide from Wednesday, 1 May at 20:30 on BBC Four.

    A very interesting 1/2 hour exploration of Victorian and 20th century military works on the Hoo peninsula on the southern side of the Thames estuary, including RNAS airship facilities and AA batteries.
