Dowels Of War....
G'day All.
I got bored with an old fish tank, small piece of dowel and my daughters paint set.
Quickly made up the following in about 8hrs total time (including ciggy breaks, Mrs chats and beer).
While rough in almost every way possible, they will serve the purpose of nicely introducing a group of friends into Dawn of War with more plane options yet still give them mini's to move about....and allow me to play test various aircraft before i opt to get the real thing

They ain't pretty, but they should work!
If anyone would like any info or has questions/suggestions whatever feel free to shout out.

I think their cool. I'mnot going to trade you my minis for them but just the same, cool.

Crude but functional and certainly inexpensive.
The whole point is to have fun, and once the fur begins to fly no one pays that much attention to the ART WORK anyway! Have fun!!

Very crafty. That is a great idea.
They have a certain charm except the cockpit looks too far forward (like a Mig17).
