Official Mitsubishi Ki-46 Dinah Painting Thread

Furuta 1/200 (approx) Mitsubishi Ki-46 Dinah. I added a little "punch" with a couple of forward firing guns. I will claim its a field modification. Or just use them as fast recon aircraft. The detail is pretty nice the stock color is green I repainted the grey.

Hi Tony,

The Dinah repaint looks great! I repainted the underside of my green version silver, but that was as far as I went.

1/144 scale

Models by...Aoshima (?) I think it was? Anyway, this was when I was first getting into 1/144 scale, and I could find no Japanese planes to use as bombers, so I bought these to proxie as bombers! LOL! Thus the camo. Soon after I discovered a world of 1/144 scale options, and these poor planes never saw a single game!

Well, I found the Ki-46 Dinah painting thread, but unfortunately there are no mentions of aircraft game information or custom cards. Anybody know where I can find an updated card for this plane?

I’ve been searching for a 1/200 version of this plane with no luck. Not even on Shapeways! If I ever get a plane, I’ll make a card for it.
