    Default New Pilot

    Hi all,

Just reporting for duty! I'm currently located in Newcastle, NSW. Will have my first game in the next few weeks. I'm a school teacher and with the holidays approaching...looking good to start up this venture.

    Cheers

Hi Chris, welcome from Brisbane. It's a good time to jump into the Wings of Glory cockpit with the re-release of WW1 Series 1 coming up before Christmas and a whole swag of new WW2 aircraft in the new year.

Keep in mind we have Wings of Glory games running at Cancon in Canberra over the Australia Day long weekend in January 2013, if you can make it you will meet a few other members of the forum.

    Cheers,

    Carl.

    Thumbs up

G'day again Christophe! Thanks for reporting in on the Australian Section.

Interesting just how many Schoolteachers are into Wings of War/Glory. Halvo from our Flight is also a High School Teacher at Moruya.

Welcome to the wonderful skies of the Aerodrome. From what we've read online re Cancon you'll have a great time. And if memory serves I believe teachers must have an affinity for flying as Boelke was also a teacher.
