    Tim goes into much more work than I do. I don't drill holes anymore, I just cut to length and superglue.

    So do I, now!

    In fact these E.IIIs were the first and last to get the drill treatment.
    If you look closely, the starboard wings have 'threaded' cables, the port wings have 'cut-to-length' cables glued to the drill hole apertures.

    I was wondering if you had a better understanding of this method than I. I first tried it on a pair of Moraine P types with wire and did not like the effort involved or the result. Now I just mark where the cable will be on the wings, cut the brush hair to length and glue. I guess here the easier way is the best.

    Understood, but I wasn't sure if it warranted a new thread or just an addition to the titles existing EI and EIII & EIV threads. After all, it is mostly an EIII model.
