oh, that's another nice one! Whole lot of nice eindeckers coming into the existence in Feb and March.
I can't get over the superb finish for a Shapeways model!

From what few bits of color info available this one could be Jurt Student or Oswald Bolcke once I make the id#s for it.
Lovely job, Peter!

Looks great, Peter. Cabling is excellent.
Peter Pig Pilot is icing on the cake.
Tim, Paul, Peter - beautiful, beautiful work.

So how do you guys create those wires?
Tim goes into much more work than I do. I don't drill holes anymore, I just cut to length and superglue.

I was wondering if you had a better understanding of this method than I. I first tried it on a pair of Moraine P types with wire and did not like the effort involved or the result. Now I just mark where the cable will be on the wings, cut the brush hair to length and glue. I guess here the easier way is the best.
Great work all! Rigging is best left to the experts! That said, does anyone here have custom E.III or E.IV for sale... or willingness to take on a small commission?
But you never know when he may need them Steve.

Two Guns are better than one so I added this to the arsenal:
As a one piece model it was very quick to paints & finish. Firstly well soaked with Kleer polish
Using old GW & Airfix Acrylics laid down a base coat to muster up this version
Finished with details, a top coat & a final coat of Kleer before applying Miscimi decals & a matt varnish

Lovely Fokker there Flash. You ready to shoot it down in the OTT Campaign?
oh, that is very nicely done!
Nice one Flash. I hope you have better luck with yours. In our campaign mine has been an utter failure.
Very clean and crisp paint job! Great model, too (RAF I think?). That's the way I like it!
Today arrived my matt varnish supply. I hope it looks as Matt as your result afterwards.
Looks great, Dave! Nicely done
Very pretty!

Yes indeed, very nice and crisp paintwork Dave. Chris will certainly applaud your sentiments about the extra gun.

Very nice model, you can never have too many guns. I like the symmetry of twin guns, much more aesthetically pleasing....
Never Knowingly Undergunned !!
Great job, Barrie, those look excellent.
Super Fokkers!
Really nice result.

Nice pair of EIIIs Baz.
Very nice Barrie!
Some good looking Fokkers there Baz. Probably time I investigated the Shapeways rabbit hole.
But still very nicely done, Barrie.
Something else I have just noticed too. I use Micro-Sol on the transfers after drying. This is the second time but it seems to react with the White acrylic paint causing it to turn a light grey. Anyone else notice this. It has literally turned my Goring dvii grey rather than white?
That's a beauty, Peter
What a beauty Peter. No ammo at the REP guns for you...
