It's not easy to deal with the WW II bombers even with the bigger two-engined ones.
Do you use the "additional A damage aim bonus" for WW II bomber gunners, too?
Yes
No
I have to decide later about it...
No WW II for me.

Sorry Sven! Much too busy with WW1 to get involved in the next world war!
I'm leaning towards no; the larger bases make up for that. But I'll have to defer the question for later.
Karl
I would say no as well as almost all there targets would be deflection shots.
I'm afraid that I have no experience with WWII bombers Sven.
Rob.
I would also say no Sven for the reasons stated in Zoe's current thread.
I had this idea, when fighting a close formation of three Val Dive Bombers.
If you try to follow these guys with a fighter, you'll catch 2 - 3 "A"-damage-tokens at first, and 4 - 6 "A"-damage-tokens in the next phase (with aim bonus).
So according to the logic on this poll all of those bomber gunners did all of that target shooting and training to not aim at attacking fighters?
Bombers don't have computer controlled mechanic gun turrets and gunners don't fly the bomber, so they have less chances to hit the target.
In my opinion the gunners aim well enough by hitting the attacking fighter the moment it enters the firing arc.
Gunners have one job that they have been trained to do. Shoot what's shooting at them. As for being able to automatically hit whatever comes into the firing arc that should be expected from a well trained gunner. There was a gunner who was being interviewed stating how most of the gunners in formation would let off a few rounds in the direction of an enemy fighter even if he wasn't in range just to let the fighter know that they had seen him. They would aiming at the fighters before they were even in range. If anything I would argue that the gunners would get the aim bonus from the start. But I won't, because they would be too powerful at that point.
