    Rob,
Nice card. Consider adding some shading to the plane, to get some shape and depth. The below was a copy of your card, adding three layers of shading: wing form (leading and trailing edges of the wings); ribs (these were from my D.III, so they don't line up exactly); and fuselage (nose to tail, without the wings). The Highlight layer on these was added into the wing form shading, but should have been separate, too.

A bit of extra work, but I think the plane looks more realistic.

Thank you, guys. I look forward to it catching fire.

Gary, I ended up trimming down a cheap 000 brush to about 1/4" for the stippling so I could get in the hard-to-reach areas. I did the fuselage first of course so I could later paint the wings and cockpit and cabane struts.

Hmmm... Complete with rib tape! Nicely done!

You did provide the squadron, but not the names. I found one, Otto Fruhner, but not the others...

The only other names I know of is Jasta 26 commander, Bruno Loerzer. He flew a plane with no personal emblem.
Xaver Dannhuber flew with a 6 pointed star.

Unfortunately I'm currently in temporary housing and away from my library. When I get the chance I'll see if I can find any more pilot names.
