    You need a graphics program that has layers. There are some How To articles here.

    If you get some software mentioned above, I'm only too happy to send you some layered images to work with

    Max I'm starting to make custom pilot cards for WWI & WWII as well as manoeuvre decks. Would it be possible to get the layered originals from you too?

    Steve;
    You might try a PM; Max doesn't log on much anymore (though he was here last on the 10th), and he might miss this posting. A PM would be sent right to him.

    I actually PM'd him a few days back, as some of his custom cards seem to be missing. As in the thumbnails lead to blanks.
    No answer yet. So I assumed he was off somewhere nice on holiday.
    In a way I was hoping someone else may see the plea and point me in the right direction or send me bits even if Max didn't.

    Ah, check out my albums; http://www.wingsofwar.org/forums/album.php?u=446
    I saved almost everything Max put up in his albums; when we had a hack attack on the site, all posted pictures and albums were lost. I reposted them for members use.

    Cheers Karl, I'll have a dig. That fixes me for a few pre-made cards. Now to find layered originals to start making my own :-)

    I'll tag along if that's O.K.?

    My repaints now outstrip my custom cards by an unacceptably wide margin.

    Tim, if I manage to get anything sorted I'll throw it your way too.

    I cobbled together this one for Oblt. Josef "Pips" Priller by scanning a standard Bf109 card and just using the paint program that came with the laptop. Cut & paste... close enough for government work. But if anybody wants to take it and improve it, be my guest!
