hi there from st.helens
hi there !
im new to the site and new to the game but im an avid wargamer of other war games such as warhammer 40k and babylon 5 .a call to arms .
i have recently been admiring the quality of the wings of war models and i took a look at the game play ..and i was impressed by the ease of play but the thrill of the dogfighting and the history behind the game ( love my history ) .
im from st.helens in merseyside ,im 43 and we have 1 wargames club here in st.helens it has been open a couple months now ..it used to be a bigger shop and wargaming club a few years back but the new guy here just starting out .
anyway if there r any gamers in st.helens of wings of war ..send me a line
cry havoc ! and let slip the dogs of war

Now that I'm back from Leave, I can give you an official welcome on behalf of the rest of the Squadrons based here in Dear old Blighty. There are quite a few gamers from Lancs and you can view the current list on my sticky for the UK members on the GB sub forum.
See you in the Officers' Mess.
