Building the Reviresco Sopwith Dolphin.
1. Remove all flash.
2. Make template for cammo shape to fit fuselage.
3. Cut out the Cammo from the decal sheet using the template.
4. Glue bottom wing in place. Check alignment.
5. Drill out the strut holes.
6. Test fit the outer struts.
7. Temporally fit the top wing to test for fit.
8. Drill the hole for the flight peg.
9. Fit and glue the tail plane.
10. Glue the cabine struts to the top wing and outer struts to the bottom wing, ensuring alignment with the opposing wing before the glue sets.
11. Glue the wings in place. Nb. I only did the outer struts in order to get the correct back rake to the wings. For added strength I used brass wire for the inner struts.
12. Clean up the protruding wire and fill the strut holes with Greenstuff or its equivalent.
13. Assemble and glue the undercart. Again I added rod as the axel for extra strength.
14. Position and glue the top wing gun if desired.
15. Undercoat the aircraft with white spray paint.
16. Paint the aircraft body, pilot, prop and wheels.
17. Glue these parts into place.
18. Using micro set to prepare the surfaces, place all decals.
19. After about ten minutes drying time, lightly apply micro sol to help blend in the decals.
20. Allow to dry over night and then glue on the prop.
21. Varnish to taste.
