We will remember them.
This day (11th of November) is also the Independence Day in my country. That day in 1918 the supreme commander of Polish Forces took the command of the newly born state.
Here we used to celebrate this day in our own special way: my neighbors and friends hold an open table tennis tournament in the afternoon in our village social club. Today we start at 16:00:). Drinks and snacks are provided.:D
I just DID Remember Them.
I always "disappear" just before 11:00 on 11/11 each year - I figure the hospital can do without me for 5 minutes.
:salute::salute::salute: to them all.
We will remember them.:salute:
Seemed like all of the town was at the cenotaph this morning, from the Marie to the patients in the cottage hospital.
They were remembered.
:salute::salute::salute:
Remember always!
:salute: To all that served and those that are serving today. :salute:
At the going down of the Sun and in the morning, we shall remember them.
Rob.
