Nice reference and I agree... Mytst had that entire island and not a single person on it... :)Quote:
The computer graphics reminded me of MYST but a little creepy for some reason.

The IJN was not playing when they littered those destroyers with AA.
I believe it is going to be a real challenge engaging them.
I also have not forgotten about ship use definitions.
You are right about the disparity between aircraft maneuvering speeds vs. ship maneuvering speeds.
Looking great Chris. Can't wait!
Thank you Peter...
This morning's Navy Department intelligence brief warned of the IJN Kagero class destroyer being put to sea sometime within the next 2 weeks.
Cross section/aerial recognition silhouettes are not yet available; but, fleet personnel are being asked to keep a look out for IJN units to include her class.
Update (so much fun :)):

She is now at sea...
Had to add another hard drive to story your beauties! Thanks . . .
You are so right... Those 1 1600 scaled images are really just a gigantic file of white blank with a surrounded normal sized image for printing to scale...Quote:

If you are not sold on the 1 1600 scale, you could delete those from your drive and save a huge amount of space..
In the meantime you honor me good sir and sorry for hogging up you computer drive sir :)...
Chris
That is REALLY AWESOME!! Great job, good work!:sAprvd:
Thank you Ross,
I am planning on an IJN Light Cruiser Noshiro (used as the flagship for my 5 IJN destroyers) and a Kaidai-type submarine next (used to run intel for the IJN on the Layette Landing Force).
I am actually cheating because I take existing line drawn deck plans from the interned and just fill in color and shading; but thanks for the compliment.
Chris
That's not cheating, it's preparation- something you've already done! :sAprvd:
Can't wait to see the finished project...
Very kind sir... :salute:
You sir are very kind, I have neither the talent nor the patience to take on such a task. You have done a great job. I can't wait to sink them with my Dauntless Hell Divers and Hell Cats!!;)
I like the way you roll sir...
Now you got me started...
