Last but not least, natural metal. I had a hard time with the color on this one.

nice planes, nice cards Dave. Well done :sAprvd:
BTW: Could you do me a favour and make me a card of the camo version with orange triangles ? With the text "I VLG IV, NEIAF" and "Madioen, Java" ? See post 29 in this thread ... Would be highly appreciated !!
cheers,
Guus :salute:
Certainly!

Wow ! That's fast ;)
Just one little point if you don't mind ... it's NEIAF (Netherlands East Indies Air Force), you missed the "A"...
Otherwise just what I needed :thankyou:
cheers,
Guus :salute:
Great cards Dave. This puts pressure on me to get my Hawks painted.
Really nice cards, Dave! :sAprvd::thumbsup::hatsoff::salute:
It took some searching, but I found my Model 75's! I remember making a ton of them in the day . . .
https://www.wingsofwar.org/forums/sh...-75-Conversion
One of the reasons there are very few P-40's around . . .
The devil is in the details! With the magic of Photoshop, once you go through the rather painful process of getting a clean one line drawing and setting up the cards, small changes are pretty easy.

Thanks for the kind words guys.
Hi Dave, you're an ace !! Tanks a ton for this beautiful card ;):sAprvd:

Here are some AIM P-36 or Hawk 75s in French service.
I haven't found anything about the uniformity of French camo patterns, or if there is any. I've painted mine random and will do so until I find out otherwise.
Miscmini decals, paints: top camo, Vallejo 096/896 Camo Olive Green, Vallejo 159/991 Dark Sea Grey, Ben Franklin acrylic craft paint Burnt Umber, undersides craft Folkart 457 Ice Blue
Props by Keith, 14mm.

That’s some fine detail work, Peter! I wasn’t familiar with the aircraft and had to look it up. Niiiice
:hatsoff:
Hat's off to you, Peter.
Such fine detail on tiny planes is amazing.
I still have some decals to do on my Battle of Britain aircraft (for both sides) and need a jump start ...
:erk:
Well done, Peter! That is a good looking model.
nice, well done Peter :hatsoff:
cheers,
Guus :salute:
Lovely work, Peter!

Scans are not too good ... :hmm:, oh well ...

Hi Guus, thanks for these as I don't have them all. Unlike the British and Germans the French don't seem to have a regular pattern, unless I'm not seeing it.
great looking a/c pete!

Superb decal sheet but a small mistake has been made:
H-75 A2 serial number 129 (5-tail) coded UO-29 does not belong to the 3rd "Sioux LaFayette" squadron but to the 4th "Stork" squadron.
Evidences:

Beautiful H-75s! Nice detail additions you added. Where did you get the propellers?

Nicely done! Thank you for the pictures and information.
When I update the decal sheet, I will refer to the information you've provided.
