I like it.
And here's mine... I've used it once or twice, and was really happy with it.

Nice job, John
This is a very early attempt by me.

Rob.
I`ve posted these elsewhere but they seem to belong here.
My version of Price and Libby`s plane.

I know the picture quality is not great but its about the best I can do.
Model is the Skytrex/Red Eagle one with some extra strut and u/c work.
UPDATE: I`ve since added another `Fee` to my collection since posting this with the later version of the oleo U/C.
First mission escorted by Price and Libby!:serious:

:D Well here is my Fee that was excellent in the recent Fokker Fodder Friday AAR.

Even more superlatives needed to describe these aircraft Kev. Anyone would be proud to fly those.
Rob.
Wow, those are great. I'm reading Derek Robinson's "War Story" about an FE2 squadron and popped on to see if there was any Wings of Glory versions.. and I see these! Very inspirational - thanks for posting!
 Beautiful flight of Fees there Kev. Well done.:salute:
Nice job Kevin.
I have my first Fee finished,

single gun, so an excuse to buy some more Lewis guns perhaps...

new plane, hence the pale CDL, damaged on delivery, hence the darker lower right wing with top wing aileron
I saw a picture on the web somewhere of a rebuilt Dh2 with this, so I figured as the Fee used the same wing top and bottom also, it would make it easy to distinguish when I get another one!!
:minis:
A very neat touch John.
You are starting to build up quite an Armada.
We usually have a game at Musters on the Saturday afternoon or evening if it is a long weekend one, so you must pop over sometime and have a game.
Rob.
It it missing a few interplane struts? (body to upper wing?)
Don't worry too much John.
If you look at mine it is missing the outer struts.
That's the way they came in the early days of Red Eagle.
Now I make my own struts.
Rob.
A very striking paint scheme that should be easily recognisable on hte tabble! Well done!
My first Fee revisited

played it last night, gave a Halberstsdt DIII a nasty surprise, and quite ruined the day for an EIII
Now I have a friend for it, courtesy of Decapod

As the crew are moulded in, I cannot fit a second Lewis gun, so this shall be a bomber variant
And finally, a pre April 1916 Fee, with a mad gunner

Now that my Gunbus's and Be2s are being shot down at a rate of knots, it's time to introduce some faster aircraft to the flight.
for those that are interested, the gunner is a reduced aircraft factory lewis gunner (FUD) first type, with .51mm wire legs and a milliput coat
Nice work John, and a nasty surprise for any Hun that dives onto your tail.
:camel::guns::fokker::crash:
Rob.
Nice work John. You should try a light brown ink wash on that gunner, it'll work a treat.
Ian
 Fantastic bit of work with that gunner John!:clap::clap:
Thanks Ian.
I will get some of that at the next show.
Rob.
Busy busy busy!
My 1st of two Shapeways UFD RAF F.E.2.
I was very impressed with the quality of this model, very little preparation needed, just a soak in warm soapy water then a bit of going over with a soft toothbrush, rinse, dry and then 2 coats of primer. I didn't find the model more delicate or brittle than other small scale model kits such as Valom kits.

Really sharp looking aircraft there James. I like the FUD products quite a bit. The struts and under carriage seem to be a bit thicker on the FUD models I have, than the models in WSF but I kind of like that. Always enjoy seeing your work.
A very tasty offering James.
That looks sweet indeed.
Rob.
:pint:Very nice workmanship James
I may have to investigate FUD again
Very nice Fee James!
A friend of mine in Okinawa sent me a nice gift of ice cream that arrived today with a massive block of dry ice........ you know you have problems when taking diorama shots take preference over ice cream!

Neat photos James! Now I'll have to do that in the PBEM game....thanks. :(
Excellent work, James! The dry ice photos are amazing.
The ice (ing) on the cake so to speak.
James,
Fantastic pics, now, how to find some dry ice for my AARs!!
Chuck,
Great to see some more two gun Fees
