The Wright Flight makes another monthly foray!

The Wright Flight has added a second session of gaming each month in hopes of allowing some of our crew who struggle to make it on Saturdays to come and game after work during the week. We also hope to enjoy having a second day in the month where we 'have' to play instead of doing all those other things that take away from our hobby...;)

To that end, the Third Thursday of the Month will become a regular gaming session for us. But we are not gaming at our usual Saturday location. The Thursday game will take place at the Dragon's Guildhall, a game store located in Beavercreek, Ohio, at 3899 Indian Ripple Road, Suite E. We will plan to get flying between 6 and 6:30 PM and then game until 9 or there abouts - the store closes at 10 PM. We will see about maybe going out for a beverage afterwards - The Pub at the Greene is only a hop, skip, and jump away...

Hope to see you there this Thursday - PM me if you need more specific directions. Not sure what sort of WWI scenario we will be playing, but it is sure to be enjoyable.

Suprised Jim hasn't posted the action report pictures.

We had a great turn out on our first night with 10 pilots showing up. We had five Halberstadt D.IIIs against five Nieuport 17s from Escadrille 3 Les Cigognes. It was a great evening of flying. The Germans drew first blood but the Storks came back with a vengeance. AS you can see from the downed plane markers it was a wild ride.

I got them on Ebay from Pyrkol. They are 2 for $4.80. you get one central power and one entente. They are not cheap but they look great.
