Blacktree may, IIRC, have received a 'Cease and Desist' letter from Ares Games.
PS: Not the same entity. I was thinking BattleTree Designs. They seem to have disappeared. They were producing clear and translucent blue pegs at one time, but they were the recipients of that C&D letter.

Are the pegs from the Battleship game hollow and able to be stacked? That could solve a lot of the peg issues potentially if they can be stacked and were of similar size to the Nexus/Ares pegs. Can't let product unavailability get in our way!
