In the terms of that document Nemanya T is slow, U is fast, V is average :)

I have created an excel doc "WoG Manoeuvre Deck Breakdown" with all the deck details & put a copy of it in the Aerodrome Approved Unofficial Aircrafts file area - in the mod Q now. I have added an aircraft column but it is not exhaustive so you may add your various types as you wish. :)
