Amongst the Demo/Participation blurb we find the following:

So anybody from the forum organising/involved in this part of the bash?

Something else we are excluded from?

Nope, no idea but I'm glad to see there's other people out there playing the game, and I might steal their tag line for Beachhead ! ;)

One of two options:

1. the Ares UK demo team (ie. Wotan Games)
2. Shadow Warriors (who demoed T&T at Salute and used to regularly run games at Dragonmeet, etc.)

If I had to guess I'd say option 1.

We need to resolve this disconnect between the ARES demo team and our own troops, certainly missing a trick here. Joint operations, would, I am sure, be mutually beneficial.

I wonder if it is something like I am experiencing here in Canada.
I look at the number of Canadian supporters for Tripods & Triplanes, and that there are perhaps 10 percent, or less, of them regularly communicating on, or even members of, this Forum.
It has been the same thing for Wing of War/Glory, as there are players, even on Vancouver Island, that I rarely or never see, at open demos or conventions, even 'free to enter' events.

Perhaps there is a group in England that is not part of the Forum, as well?

Haven't we got someone from Ares at Doncaster who we can nail to the wall and ask about this?

It would seem the guy in the frame UK wise is the chap repress nting Ares at the Birmingham Expo.

Damn phone and big fingers, apologies.

I will contact him again ref Doncaster, I did invite him while at games expo but not had a reply
