Welcome to the Aerodrome. I have been a historical gamer for over 40 years. If you find yourself in Colorado please let me know and we can setup some gaming. Ah, and the picture until I get a proper one posted is of Felix Carrera, the first Hispanic U.S. Marine Fighter Pilot (1918).
Yesterday at our CMH meeting I started a small mini campaign. Here is the After Action Report in case you are interested.

This year I was able to visit the museum in Canberra, Australia. I was able to watch the 10 minute Peter Jackson film Over the Front. It is so well done. A beautiful color dogfight recreation. Of course it was made specifically for this venue and not able to purchase it anywhere. Anyway, here is one picture from the museum of one of my favorite aircraft. Highly recommend the trip to this spot.
Well this weekend I am going to start a short campaign over the next several months Club meetings. I have been building my collection up with the latest edition of two Gotha's from Brookhurst Hobby Shop, California and two Roland's, from a shop in Phoenix, Arizona all during the same road trip. Nice finds. Anyway, I actually put on a game of WoW at our clubs mini con a month ago and got rave reviews on how much fun it was. So I will see how it goes is weekend.
