WGF IF05 - Balloon Busting Brumowski
"Northern Italy, 9 October 1917: Hauptmann Godwin Brumowski was the leading Luftfahrttruppen ace and commanding officer of elite Fliegerkompanie 41J (Flik41J). Inspired by Manfred von Richthofen, Brumowski’s Albatros D.III serial 153.45 was painted red overall except for black-shrouded skulls on both sides and the top deck of the fuselage. At 1700hrs whilst flying this distinctive aircraft Brumowski attacked an Italian observation balloon tethered near Isola Morosina."
This WGF historical scenario is designed for solitaire play and requires the Series 3 Brumowski Albatros D.III and one Balloon Busters Observation Balloon.
