Files: Modified Climb Rate, Altitude, and Fuel Gauge

I would like to thank the original author of these gauges, I modified them to include the ability to place the climb rate in the window (presents the corresponding lines of climb), climb counter equivalent altitude window and Chart, (i.e. a climb rate of 4 at one climb counter =250m), Fuel burn 1 through 10 window (i.e. one unit on fuel on the dial = 10 sub units in the 1/10th window/dial), and the outer ring shows equivalent feet in altitude with the inner ring remaining in meters of altitude. (I.E. one altitude peg = 1,000 meters which = approximately 2,800 feet)
