Files: WGS_Decks_Speeds_Revised

I am slowly reforming the information about Wings of War/Glory manuever decks into a single spreadsheet, also updating the layout so it's hopefully easier to read.
I should be adding more information as I get to it, or people ask for it.

Currently there are three tabs:
Fixed Speeds: The speeds each straight arrow is against the base it's used against.
Speed Variences: The highest and lowest probable speeds a deck can be used for, again against both base types.
Slow Decks (Z): Speeds based on Zoe Brains Slow Deck rules.
