For this next raffle to raise funds to bring Skafloc over for Origins Game Fair, I asked several of our top painters on the site to do up a repaint that would be raffled off. The boys came through in fine order and here are the custom repainted planes up for grab in this round...

    SPAD XIII painted by Thomatchef

    Sopwith Camel painted by Marechallannes

    Albatros D.Va painted by Guntruck

Still surprised how well could be a common digfight over desert balanced. It was a pleasure to play a "standard" mission of "get them down"

    Do you use card sleeves?

Like Chris i sleeve all cards because of shows and playing at camp with them in the open air. Cow pats can be a real card killer if the wind blows one

Are "bad" planes fun to fly?

It's a real challenge, and a lot of fun, to fly a DH2 when everyone else is in Camels and SE5s, vs Fokker D.VIIs and Dr.Is.

Are "bad" planes fun to fly?

For me, it depends on what you mean by bad. A SPAD XIII is 'bad', if you like getting in close and spinning around. Also, the Albatros D.Va is 'bad'
