Percy Kyme Hobson (RAF)

Hobson claimed the first of his seven victories on this date NE of St. Quentin flying his S.E.5a. Hobson would go on to win the Military Cross for his efforts against ground targets including destroying a ground transport and attacking troops moving across open ground. His most famous victory was against Konrad Mettlich, who commanded Jasta 8, in the skies over Remaucourt. This was Hobson's 3rd victory and would end Mettlich's nearly 3 year command of Jasta 8.

That's a nice looking SE5a, was it Hobson's or just an image showing the type of plane he flew?

Just an image from the from of the Roden model box. I didn't see anything about paint scheme for Hobson in my looking around.
