What percent of WSF models that you have received have been unacceptable quality?

(no need to respond if you haven't ordered and received any)

:D Must report that none of the approx 30 models purchased by Colbatman & myself we have had no problems.

Of the 70 I've ordered, 1 had print faults. Of the 200 I've ordered for others, 2 have had faults. I've seen one other, in a sample of 30. So 4 out of 300. All replaced free of charge.

In addition, two had missing props - I got refunds for those.

My half dozen from two different batches were fine. Grainy, but that is the nature of the material.

First three DR1 were of the frosted/knitted variety, two DH2 with no engine blocks, but I managed to work a sub.
Both sets of these got either a discount or a replacement note.
Had a few with missing props, but I must admit to not doing anything about these as I just added acetate circles. :)
As yet I have never had a damaged model

Somewhere in the region of 40 models for myself and others so far. One Farman with a broken tail boom (they emailed me about the damage prior to dispatch and reprinted it - then delivered both the damaged one and the reprint).

I have been allowed to inspect the incoming birthday presents by SWMBO and there are no defects amongst the latest batch - not even a sign of a warped wing - so 100% usable for me. Now gotta wait a week to get my paws on them !!

I feel your pain on that.

My very first batch was a "Christmas present" of sorts, which I was determined to honor. Reverisco offered me a nice discount for something I did for them (but with a time deadline) and I wanted to SEE the models to know whether or not to spend more money on them. I'd never seen more than a few pix about them on the TMP page (you guys do MUCH better photos) So I opened the box and pulled out 3 and that was "enough." Put them back in and a Big decal order became part 2 of the Christmas present. But it was a long month.

All was going well till 2 orders arrived last week, one order perfect, 2nd order all 4 horrible. Customer services have been informed and are really helpful.

Here's the good vs the bad.

Update: Full refund given within a week of complaining. Good customer service with regular contact.

I've only had... I think it was two... that were clunkers. The rest were fine.

I have only ordered once (10 aircraft) all very serviceable.
No complaints from me.

I only voted less than 10% because there are a few things that I have to tweak on my models. Mostly being the holes drilled for propellers / wing struts (on D.VII kits). Like I said nothing too important, but it's the only "flaw" I've had.

Mainly fine, but I had one big batch of Biffs and D.VIIs with terrible banding to the rear fuselage, which will take some work to smooth out - main reason that particular project's still gathering dust, to be honest....

Dom, take pics of them and contact customer support. They should sort you out.
