With the arrival of Shapeway models, what scenario are you developing?

Personally, I'm working towards a British summer 1917 scenario with 2 RE8s being escorted across the lines on a recon mission by 2 Sopwith Pups and 2 Sopwith Tripes. 2 DH5s and 2 SPAD 7s are also in the area. On the German side there are 2 Albatros D.IIs, 2 Roland D.IIs, and 2 Albatros D.IIIs. :)

Count the machine guns. 12 vs 12

Since the purpose of the flight was a recon behind German lines, German's win by destroying the RE8s even if they lose more aircraft. Plus, the Germans were beginning to get outnumbered by this time.

I'm rapidly accumulating shapeways planes. Our 1st outing, just posted in the after action reports, was a Caudron G4, FE2b & a Gunbus vs. 2 EIIIs and a halberstadt DII. It was way too much fun.

;) We have been playing 2 x DH-2's & 2 x Gunbus against 3 x Fok E. III's & a Halberstadt D.II.
In one game the dreded Hun fielded a Roland which was a bit unsporting but then thats the Hun!:cheezy::smack:

Zak, the two names I gave you are not the only ones, just the most known ones. Check this thread:
