I have done these for D and D-- but never for WOG/WOW so this is a VERY rough draft... any insight please....

July 1919
(US FORCES)
Situation:
Since the beginning of the revolution in Mexico in 1910, the United States Army has been stationed in force along the border of Texas. In several occasions US Army forces have engaged both Mexican rebels and federals. In 1916, Pancho Villa attacked the American border town of Columbus, New Mexico. In response, the United States Army, under the direction of General John J. Pershing, launched an expedition into northern Mexico, to find and capture Villa.

There has been an increase in activity along the border and recently a German spy was captured crossing back into Mexico at the town of Porta Nigra
US Army forces are preparing for action at Ambos Nogales, where it is suspected that weapons are being smuggled into Mexico. It is believed that the Germans have been supporting the Villistas with advisors and weapons. In addition, it is also believed that the Germans have attempted to establish an Aerodrome just across the border of Arizona in the Sonora Desert .

Mission:
Provide aerial observation of your area of operations along the border. You are to observe and report back any troop movement, suspected arms caches, or other targets of military value. Only engage if fired upon first. Should you be fired on your mission will be to engage and destroy in order to break contact and get back to base. Your priority is collection and dissemination of intelligence.

Execution:
You depart with your flight from your base of operations and patrol in a counter clockwise direction covering the entire border region. You will return for rearming or refueling if needed and continue your observation as needed.

Service and Support:
Your flight will contain two Spad XIII, one Nieuport 17, and one aircraft available at the time of departure

(Central Powers supporting Mexico)

Situation:
For the past nine years Germany has been supporting any type of revolution in Mexico in hopes that any disruption in Mexico will have an adverse effect on any assistance from North America. The hope is to draw attention away from the war in Europe and force the United States to focus on its own border with Mexico.

Recently a small Aerodrome has been established and has made several missions between the areas of Texas, New Mexico, and Arizona where it is providing information on US troop movement, transportation of weapons in small quantities, and moving advisors between small encampments in the desert.

Mission:
You will provide transportation of advisors to an outpost located south of the border of Nogalas, Arizona. You are to engage any ground or airiel forces you encounter immediately. Because of the secrecy of our mission, anyone witnessing your aircraft must be dealt with swiftly and decisively. There are not to be any survivors.

Execution:
You are to depart from the Aerodrome (marked on the map) and deliver the advisors to Camp #1 (on map) and proceed immediately back to the Aerodrome

Support:
You are to depart with one (captured) Sopwith Snipe, one Rahn1, and another aircraft of availability at the time of departure.
