Edit: At least it has the correct shaped wings

nah, if he did he'd have done some early war German 2 seaters and a Sopwith Dolphin :)
A Short bomber a nice addition.
Keep em coming.
Looks like I'm gonna have to take out a loan! Good additions. I bet you that one or both of them will come out with a Dolphin. I believe...

We really do need one of the Shapeway folks to make an Albatros C.III and AEG G.IV!!

No sooner said than done and a Sopwith Dolphin appears.
Blimey that was quick
Still waiting for my first order to arrive from Shapeways... If I like this stuff, then I am in serious trouble, judging by the amount of aircraft Colinwe and Kampfflieger are producing. My credit card is trying to hide under the bed already! ;)

So far I have purchased and received 2-DH5s, 2-Sopwith Tripes, 2-Sopwith Pups (all 6 have been painted and I'm awaiting some decals in the mail to complete them), 2-Albatros D.IIs, 2-Roland D.IIs, 1-Fokker E.IV, 1-DH2, and 1-Halberstadt D.II. The DH5 was the first I purchased in WSF and had layered topo surface, which problem seems to be fixed in later models. With the exception of the DH2, the rest were WSF and are excellent strong (but slightly flexible) models with good detail, albeit needing a number of coats of Future to smooth the finish. The DH2 is WD and won't need a number of coats of Future - I'm ordering a couple more to test the consistency of the WD finish. If they remain good I will switch to WD in the future.

We may need to start a list of which models come out wll in which finish; my Sopwith Tirplane is White Detailed, and came out great, with no sanding, but I hear that it's not strong enough for the weight of bigger planes. I'd love to know which planes are or aren't safe to order WD, and if Frosted Detail is a better option for those that down't work...

See, I told you so.

You're in trouble. Got my first order in and want to get it done before my next order. I honestly believe Shapeways has made a good hobby great they make aircraft that WoG would never make or make 5 years from now. Good luck John
