Hay Dan they look great. I ordered 2 but I'm now thinking I should have gone for 3 so I can fly them in a box formation. It looks like you have used them in a game, how did you handle movement and shooting?

Cheers

I looked at this thread ( B-17 over France ) on this forum and i really wanted to play that scenario. So i looked around the internet and found the original post with the b17 card and the movement cards. But i can't for the life of me find it again to post the link. I've got the files if you would like me to upload them.

Can i just say thanks to afilter and het for bringing my B17s to life

cheers

Dan, I got my B17's and put one together, not the best job but it's the first kit me and my son have done together, he's only 4 so it was kind of exciting for me. Anyway could I ask what paint you used at it looks spot on?

Cheers.

I'm glad you got your planes mate. I used games workshops catachan green for the top and fortress grey for the bottom. I used there devlan mud wash for the weathering. I hope that helps. Have fun :)

Yes! I use them a lot. Also Wargames Foundry, who do shades and tints of each base colour. Very useful.

Thanks for that Dan. Devlan mud, best thing since sliced bread! I've been thinking about using it to weather and pull up some detail on my WoW mimi's.
