See if you can get away from primary colors. Black and Navy would be the best sellers, I would think, but don't overlook tans, greys, or sand reds and forest greens.

I voted white, since I think the image would show up best. Red is very nice, but a real iffy shade for t-shirts. They tend not to make them dark enough for me.

Chose Navy but would have liked green as an option.

Gotta be NAVY blue! as mentioned doesnt show the dirt, show off my new German Pilots Badge in silver thread, just nicely!
Maybe I won't sew it on to my club shirt, wait for the real thing!

Depends on your needs; I like t-shirts because I can wear them under a flannel shirt in cooler weather, but can take that off inside.
