I read that only in the second part of 1916 english can be able to build a aircraft that can shooting in the front range. Does samebody use this roule? If yes with which plane models?

Well, the Allies didn't get the interrupter gear (which allowed the machine guns to fire through the prop) till they stole it from ze Germans in 1916, instead using pushers like the Airco DH2 and the over-the-wing Foster mounting.

Just to add a bit to the previous response...

It was shooting through the propeller arc that was the big problem prior to mid-1916. Before this, the British used other solutions such as mounting a machine gun on top of the wing, or mounting the engine and propeller behind the pilot. The standard WoW rules take these into account with aircraft like the DH.2, Nieuport 11, and the single gun (B damage) Nieuport 17.
