Great story and painting. This story also, in a way, reminds of some stories about how rugged the B-17 was.

glad I wasn't the only one.. ha ha.. that is one hell of a story.. and does give hope that our warriors today can show such compassion.. makes me proud to be someone that served my country and share in that legacy of servicemen..
