Explosions

Hi Guys
Just a thought but do you play with the explosion chits in or do you take them out?
The reason i'm asking is I am half way through a campaign of 10 missions and so far in three the German side has lost a plane to explosions twice in the first six maneuvers ( once to ground fire) now I have to say it is funny if your playing the british but it does make it real hard for the german side.
any thoughts?
