SOPWITH PUP.

This is an easy one for a beginner to have a go at.
10898
1. Clean up the castings.

10897
2.Glue the four outer wing struts to the lower wing. Use the upper wing as a template to align them.
3. When dry assemble the cabine struts in the same manner.
10896
4. Once these are dry, place the top wing on and glue.
10895
5. If you wish drill and pin prop in place. Do not add glue yet.

10894
6. Remove prop, turn plane over and assemble undercart.
7. Check alignment and glue.
10893
8. Prime plane and prop with white primer.
9. Paint plane and allow to dry fully.
10. Glue prop in place.
11. Gloss varnish.
12. Brush micro set onto parts where decals will be placed.
13. Put on decals and allow to dry.
14. Brush over with Micro Sol to set in decals, and allow to dry over night.
15. Varnish to taste.

My thanks to Gunners for supplying the Pup decals.

Looks Great Rob
Might have to get some of those Skytex models
Although won't be doing much kit building for a while. I munted my finger in the key machine on friday. Spent 2 hours at hospital having nail removed and finger stitched back together. Guess a chance for you to get ahead of me in the kit building stakes. But look out for when I get better cos I'll be itching to get some built.

Hope it don't keep you out of action for too long Linz. I stuck my finger in a grinding machine about 40 years ago and the nail grew back, albeit a bit deformed. Hope to see some more kits done before long. Look after yourself.

Another lovely job Rob, keep them coming for those of us trying to find the motivation to do some builds of their own.

No sooner said than done just for you, Adie. Although I feel that with so much talent starting to show itself, I don't need to keep on putting my work on display any more. there is enough quality coming along to keep everyone motivated. Thanks for the acolade nevertheless. It's always nice to feel appreciated.
