Bomber Card Question

I was looking at the Various custom bomber cards out there and have noticed in the maneuver deck spot there are either 2 letters or a letter and a number. What do they mean?:confused:

Nachinus would be the more suited to answer this but i think that means that is a modification of a certain deck. I can recall reading that he used some deck without some of the cards. Aren't you sure that is not explained on the file description of the card?

Hi, new guy here, where can I find some of these custom cards. I've made some for WW1 and ww2 aircraft before, but am always looking for other ideas
